Well I've had a lot of fun with my new Tamiya Dark Impact, but winter is coming here in Rochester NY (Hear about what happened to Buffalo?) and indoor R/C is starting to get a little more of my attention now. I've been redoing an auotscale paintjob over and over because I'm a perfectionist, and in between coats I'm playing with the Epoch's again. Man these things never seem to get old.
Anyone hear anything NEW on the Epoch front? Maybe some new bodies, Spec-3, ball bearings, AWD, anything? We've had the same 6 bodies for like 4 years now. I wonder what's going on in Japan with them? I know LBRC has his impressive motor pod setup (which I'd like to get my hands on BTW) but I want more. Mini-Z's are one of my favorite models, but I think the ML-01 LIT is WAY overpriced, especially since it borrows so much from Epcoh's design (at least it looks like that to me). So... any new Epoch news?
