The slot car producer Carrera offers 2slot car bodies in their Go series which fit perfectly well on the epoch chassis - just a little dremel work on the front wheel houses...

Nice avant! :eek: How much do those bodies cost? Also did you make your own side clip? I know that Buckaroo used to make them out of resin but don't know if he still does.

not me... avant is from france correct? needless to say it's an awome body and looks to be a great fit.
the dark grey vanquish is my favorite of the 2 :D

Actually I'm from Germany (but live near the french border...) and the whole slotcar costs 15 Eur (~ 18 USD).
Regarding the side clips - I've made them on my own - here're some more pics...

@cdog4w I've tried also other bodies (Porsche GT3, Subaru Impreza an the Jaguar), but the Aston Martin fits best ..

avant, are those 1:43 or 1:32? all i seem to find are 1:32 and 1:24 slot car bodies :confused:

@arch2b - search for the "Go" Series the bodies are definitely 1:43 ... :D :D

yeah, i wouldn't even have the money to buy them. i had to scratch to buy all the revell 1:32 easy kits for the crt :rolleyes: ofcourse you being in germany have a slight advantage with most of the slot car manufacturers being located there. sorry to hear about roco minitanks though :( they made some really nice 1:87 kits.

Love that aston martin, so much so it's a mission of mine to aquire one now. Unfortunatly the link provided has them listed as "out of stock", sucks to be me I guess. :p
