Epoch's compitition...

I was browsing the web today and I came accross another 1:43 propo car. The link is in some european language (Could someone verify the language so we can use a translation service?) http://www.micro-fun-cars.de/ Click on Proportional on the right menu and then click on any one of the ripmax products. Has anyone ever heard of them?

Looking at the Viper the controller look's a bit like a take off of the Xmods controller some. The language look's like German to me.

The Ripmax are also the same as the Radio Shack Viper and Corvette that were released several years ago. They are not truely proportional (~5 steps of steering and speed) and have a slight lag in responsiveness when compared to an Epoch. They also have a solid rear axle (no diff). They are pretty fast though in a straight line. I have 2 of the Radio Shack Vipers and 2 Epoch Spec-1s. Also note that you can't use the Ripmax/Radio Shack cars and an Epoch at the same time.
